Shipping Policy

This policy is applicable to domestic (AU) orders and International orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS – DOMESTIC AUSTRALIA ONLY

We ship items for free once our order value is over a certain amount.

B. SHIPPING COSTS – INTERNATIONAL USA & CANADA ONLY

We ship items for free once our order value is over a certain amount.

Standard Shipping - $26.80 AUD– 6-27 business days

 Free shipping on orders over $99.95 AUD

C. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 8 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 12:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

D. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME USA & CANADA

In general, shipments to North America are in transit for 6 – 27 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 12:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne). International order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

E. DELIVERY TERMS

We use Australia Post to deliver our products, both domestically and internationally.

F. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@bubblepawz.com.au or Call Us at +61 388408773.

G. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

H. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

I. TRACKING OPTIONS

Bubble Pawz® aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. You will be sent an email with tracking information to the email you’ve entered at checkout once dispatched.

J. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Bubble Pawz® are not responsible for any customs and duty charges in your country. Please check the applicable charges before placing your order.
